We offer a 30-day return policy for all of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your chess set or board, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Contact Us: Email us at returns@theroyalchess.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
• Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
• Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and include all original documentation. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
• Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@theroyalchess.com. We will replace the item or offer a full refund, including any shipping costs.
