All of our products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty guarantees that your chess set or board will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Structural Integrity: Cracks, splits, or breaks in the wood, metal, or other materials used in the product.
• Piece Defects: Damaged or defective chess pieces that impair functionality or aesthetics.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic damage from regular use.
• Accidental Damage: Damage caused by improper handling, water exposure, or misuse.
• Alterations or Modifications: Any changes made to the original product by the customer.
• Damage from Improper Storage or Maintenance: Including exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture.

• Contact Us: If you believe your product has a defect covered under our warranty, please email us at warranty@theroyalchess.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos of the defect.
• Review Process: Our customer service team will review your claim and determine if the issue is covered by our warranty.
• Resolution: If approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

• Replacement: If a repair is not possible, we will send you a replacement of the same item.

• Warranty claims must be made within 1 year from the date of purchase.
